# OUR MISSION

At Breek, we help construction companies transform their documentation into actionable intelligence using AI.

Construction represents nearly 10% of global GDP, yet it remains one of the least digitized sectors. Every project generates hundreds of pages of technical documents, blueprints, and specifications. All the necessary information is there, but it is drowning in the noise. Retrieving critical data takes hours, interpretation errors are costly, and opportunities are missed due to a lack of time.

Our solution allows companies to instantly analyze, extract, and exploit critical information from their documentation. The goal: participate in more projects, reduce errors, save time, and lighten the mental load on teams.

# WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are joining the founding team of Breek as a Fullstack Developer. You will have major responsibilities from day one: shaping the technical architecture, making product decisions, and having a direct and lasting impact.

Your role: Develop the user application that will redefine how construction professionals interact with their documents. AI is changing the rules of human-machine interfaces. We are looking for someone ambitious and ingenious, capable of conceptualizing these new usages and making them a reality.

Co-build the User Experience

• Develop a modern and intuitive interface
• Treat UX/UI as a lever for value creation
• Make AI accessible to field professionals
• Design interactive and dynamic visualizations

Integrate AI at the Heart of the Product

• Connect and orchestrate LLM APIs
• Create intelligent features that meet business needs
• Transform the power of AI into concrete tools
• Collaborate with the backend to manage complex business logic

Oversee the Application in Production

• Monitor deployments and fix bugs
• Monitor performance
• Plan evolutions and prioritize developments

# PROFILE

Required skills

• Solid experience in TypeScript (4+ years, or 2+ with an engineering degree/equivalent master's)
• Mastery of SvelteKit (ideally, otherwise another modern framework)
• Experience integrating AI features
• Mastery of Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment, etc.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Python (to collaborate with the ML/data stack)
• Management of asynchronous workflows and real-time systems
• Experience with interactive visualization libraries (PixiJS, Leaflet, MapLibre, WebGL)
• Design sensibility and the ability to create polished interfaces
