Your future role

Take on a new challenge and leverage your software development expertise for an embedded cybersecurity product in a cutting-edge field. You will work with a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team and contribute to shaping the future of networks in the rail sector. On a daily basis, you will closely collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, define innovative technical solutions, and much more.

We will rely on you to:

  • Bring your skills in programming languages such as Python, PHP, Rust, or C.
  • Develop and integrate new software features.
  • Analyze and fix software anomalies.
  • Write technical documentation, including specifications and test protocols.
  • Conduct tests to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Support other professions involved in the program: Validation, Product, and Cybersecurity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

 

 

SGTW: The SGTW (Security Gateway) product is an embedded solution that centralizes network and cybersecurity features. It serves as the cybersecurity barrier on trains, enabling perimeter protection between the various trusted zones present in network architectures. It provides cross-cutting security services to all onboard rail systems for projects like identity and access management.

 

 

Your profile

We value passion and mindset over experience. This is why we do not expect you to possess all of the skills. Instead, we have outlined those which we believe will help you succeed and thrive in this role:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Electronics from an engineering school or equivalent.
  • Experience in embedded software development in Linux/xBSD environments.
  • Programming skills (Python, PHP, Rust, Shell, C).
  • Experience with continuous integration/DevOps tools and principles.
  • Knowledge of the basics of cybersecurity (PKI / JWT / Secure Boot / cryptography).
  • Ability to work in a team, particularly in multicultural environments.
  • Technical communication in English, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of network architectures (bridge, router, firewall, etc.) and network protocols (IPv4, IPv6, TLS, HTTPS, VPN, etc.).
