APPRENTICE Backend Developer (C++, Python, 3A, 6 or 12 months)

Our team

Our teams at Amadeus focus on designing the next generation of travel technology. We work closely with users to identify their needs and create innovative solutions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, productivity tools, and e-commerce optimization. Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will be part of a software development team contributing to various innovative projects. You will gain technical experience and collaborate with product managers, developers, and users to improve our technology and tools. Your work will have a direct impact on the future of travel technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and contribute to software feasibility studies.

• Design and code software based on selected technologies.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.

• Perform unit, package, and performance testing to ensure reliability and quality.

• Produce technical documentation and support internal communication.

You may also contribute to:

• AI/ML-based user experience enhancements.

• Cloud-based development projects.

• E-commerce productivity tools and real-time logging systems.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field through an apprenticeship program.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Experience or knowledge in backend development, especially with C++.

• Familiar with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Angular.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
