We are also the 1st site for sales between individuals in France and the 5th most consulted site in France. What youll do & Who you are As a Backend Engineer, you will participate in the design of service architecture, their development, evolution, and maintenance to best serve our users and offer them the best possible user experience while helping to achieve the team's and leboncoin's objectives:

• 
  Maintain and evolve our GO microservices according to best practices, in order to keep a healthy, efficient, and scalable codebase
• Produce software architectures aligned with the functional and non-functional requirements of the product that integrate into leboncoin's ecosystem
• Apply quality software practices (software craftsmanship) and support team members in learning and implementing these practices
• Develop new features that adhere to best practices for quality, performance, and scalability
• Participate in improving development environments and methods, testing (unit and integration), and deployment (code reviews, CI/CD...) with a DevOps approach
• Conduct technology watch and take initiative to improve the product

 Your profile: 

• You have a qualifying education such as an engineering degree or Master's degree (M2)
• As a backend developer, you have been developing in Go for at least 5 years, excluding internships and work-study programs
• You have worked on complex projects beyond maintenance/migration within a pure tech player, ideally a marketplace
• You are familiar with Agile methods and best practices such as CI/CD, TDD...
• Overall, you favor teamwork and enjoy helping others progress while developing yourself around architecture-oriented topics
• Your English level is operational
